Refund Policy and Payment Agreement

1. Product Description

LeadGenFusion, through Upment Agency Ltd, provides users with licensed access to LeadGenFusion, an all-in-one marketing software tailored for entrepreneurs and businesses. LeadGenFusion's functionalities encompass a Contact Manager (CRM) with SmartLists, Email, 2-way SMS, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Call Recording, Form Builder, Survey Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Online Scheduling, Automation Campaigns, Reporting, and more.

2. Refund Policy

Refund policy: We offer a one-time 14-day free trial for monthly subscriptions. Annual plan purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend using the free trial to explore Leadgenfusion before opting for a Annual plan.

Transaction Fee: Refunds are subject to a 4.5% transaction fee, a charge by the merchant processor that isn't refundable to Upment Agency Ltd and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. To initiate a refund, please visit Refund page. Once your request is submitted, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Exclusions: Refunds are not available for charges beyond the initial purchase, including monthly subscription fees, add-ons, or upgrades. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our product.

Existing Customers: The 30-day money-back guarantee is for new customers only. It doesn't apply to existing customers who upgrade or downgrade their LeadGenFusion Plan after the initial 30 days.

3. Payment Agreement

Payment Method: A valid payment method must be on file with LeadGenFusion for all fees. LeadGenFusion, through Upment Agency Ltd, will charge the authorised payment method for the applicable fees until the agreement is terminated and all outstanding fees are settled.

Subscription Charges: By purchasing LeadGenFusion, you commit to the specified amount for the chosen plan. Payments can be monthly or annually. Monthly plans charge on the same date each month as the initial purchase, while annual plans charge yearly on the initial purchase date.

Plan Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. The new payment plan is effective immediately with charges adjusted accordingly. If cancelling, do so before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, even after cancellation. Outstanding balances remain your responsibility.

Pricing Changes: LeadGenFusion reserves the right to modify its pricing and payment terms. Any changes will be communicated on our website and via email. Continued use after changes indicates agreement to the new terms.
